“So what is a health coach and how can you help me?”

As health and wellbeing coaches we are trained professionals who work with clients to help them achieve and maintain optimal health and well-being. 

Our job is to empower the client to make positive lifestyle changes, to set and achieve health goals, and to adopt healthy behaviours.

We take an holistic approach to health and consider various aspects of a person's life, including nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep and emotional well-being. 

We all have different health concerns and whether you are looking to manage your weight, wish to prevent chronic disease, improve your body composition or reduce stress, our programs are personalised and specific to you.

At the first consultation we take your health history, assess your current health, listen to your concerns and work to understand your goals and motivations.

Together we agree on an achievable plan. Our role is then to support you commit to the plan until you are happy you have reached your health goals. 

We provide education, resources, and tools to help you make informed decisions about your health, which may include guidance on meal planning, exercise routines, stress reduction techniques, and behaviour change strategies.

We support and encourage you throughout your health journey, helping you overcome obstacles, stay accountable, and sustain long-term healthy habits.

We meet either online by video call, or face to face if you are based in London.
